After working as a dentist overseas for seven years, I took on a mission to inform, empower, and inspire people to take charge of their health. Uncomplicating healthcare is my passion.

In my spare time, I enjoy hanging out with my family – especially when it includes a trip to my home country, Brazil. Realistically, my hobbies include binge-watching 90-day fiancé, drinking overpriced coffee, ~~and hiding Amazon packages from my husband~~.
